Why are you such a salt bucket??? NRG wasn't invited to anything because of being good in beta, they were invited because they bring viewers which means cash money for the tournament. That's all it is and it's honestly a perfectly fine reason when you realize that tournaments care more about making money than competition.
Envy probably got an auto invite because they made playoffs of last APEX. All the other teams that made playoffs have secured spots in APEX so it makes sense to do the same with western teams.

Also it's pretty dumb to sign a contract with an already shady organization to say that they would pay you if you got good results, it just doesn't make sense. If you were getting good results you would be able to sign with an org much better than denial.
Denial isnt paying players so in order to speed up their payments they remove jolson and add silkthread to increase their chances of qualifying for AMM despite knowing that silkthread wouldn't play for denial full time. Jolson feels like he's been fucked over in this situation after playing with these guys for a long time and then just getting pushed to the side without real closure.

If I were a team owner I wouldn't care about any of this stuff, and I don't think jack does either. Azk is on liquid despite throwing a game in csgo and I find that much worse than any of this. Same with leetaejun and dean I don't think western teams would be opposed to picking them up, the only tournament they wouldn't be able to play in would be OGN right? Although I'm pretty sure dean and leetaejun and retired.
