Looking for a team/group who want to improve at the game and grind up the competitive ranks, mostly as I am sick of deranking. I also want to enter into some leagues for experience as they can be very useful.

• Mainly play DPS but I am flexible and can/will play tanks

• A competent team who know the preferred competitive roles
• No whining/raging
• Rank 60+
• Have a large focus on improving
• Members have good communication

I do have some competitive experience in CS:GO where I played in a UK based team and we were invited to play in a league with some top level UK teams. As a team we didn't fare too well but it gave all of the us an experience into the mentality that you need for taking video games seriously.
