Fairly sure they are just saying ´´soooooon´´, which sounds similar to ´´booooo´´.

I think Seagull's genji always lacked the support to shine. Additionally, he has fallen off a little since not playing pro for a while and such. Talent definitely there. I think Seagull is the strongest phara in NA. Easily top 3 for sure. He also plays a lot of other heroes at a good level; high level on most heroes, defo not the best but this is something teams like to have as well.
Remember, we haven't seen much of seagull for a good while, who knows how good he has been at his peak?
I remain optimistic.
Ah I see, thanks for clarifying the system :) As a Dutchie, I know absolutely nothing of the NFL. I thought the salary was capped per person, rather than a total sum.
I agree that a ''total salary sum cap'' could be very beneficial in that case :)
Ah, didn't know NFL has one. It is not just about affording though, it is about an accurate valuation of someone's skill through a salary.
I think that every player should be paid a fair salary based on abilities, if this is above the cap and you don't have the money, too bad. If a Robert Kraft would vastly overpay a player, just to outbid competition, that would be his own stupidity.
Regardless, I understand that they want to level the playing field for now. I am generally just not a huge fan of regulated markets, but it might be worth it while the OWL is still in its infancy.
Would this salary cap be introduced by blizzard? Makes more sense if an OWL org sets its own cap. If Blizzard sets a cap on salaries, that would create a sub-optimal situation from an economical standpoint. Would need some solid reasoning to justify imho.
It's hard to say how things would have gone in a better setting. Rogue could have very well been the strongest team in the world for a while. We will never know for sure though.
Alright, you are creating some pretty difficult and unnecessary analogies here. Let's make this clear: Rogue was amazing in the dive meta. There is no doubt in my mind they were stronger than the older version of Envy. This is before Envy got used to playing with Effect.
Rogue was insanely good at dive. According to many sources, all top Korean teams were being annihilated in scrims. Meta slightly shifted, Koreans analysed the shit out of Rogue, Rogue underperformed. Those 3 factors imo caused the losses for Rogue. You have to realise that playing in Korea is absolutely shit for western players. Its mentally exhausting.
I'd pay good money to see Rogue at peak performance against LH/KDP in a more suitable environment (e.g. short LAN/LAN in America).
That was amazing! Both teams deserved to California.
Also, Trill is a god.
Tempo playing well! Rogue seems a bit disorganized in comparison to their normal play. Very scrappy fights
First 3 maps were really close. Sadly Envy seemed to throw on Volskaya; I consider it one of their very best maps!
I hope this match will be streamed; the drama creates hype
That should've been an easy first point hold :/
I think switching Dummy is a big step in the right direction. If only they would have Seagull return as the flex/dps player... Or they would have to find another player that fits that criteria.
If anything, it was the support of NRG letting them down. Mainly Dummy. Also, numlocked has been looking meh, which might be because of lackluster support though.
They should have dropped it for street phase definitely. Worked decently well on last part of hollywood though.
Envy felt off today. X6 played really well though! Time for the boys in blue to step up
If some things were played/countered slightly better, this could've been Kelvin and his Chipmunks taking the series!
So hyped watching this
Unkoe on tracer and soon on sombra seems very illogical. Would make much more sense in many ways to have unkoe play the sombra.
Except for the fact that Kephri's mechanics are pro-level basically, contrary to moon's/tim's.
Would be great meme material though
Close series so far; Pogchamps out for 2CP C9 though!
Effect and Chips played out of their skins. Does effect speak english or?
Could've been a 3-0 in favor of Rogue if stuff went slightly different. Much better than last week from Rogue. I have faith in them against LH!
Edit: If Rogue wins, how does it work then? Presuming that KDP, LH and Rogue will have equal scores.
These matches are actually so close! Nailbiters.
Definitely some mistakes here and there, especially 2cp was worrying. Against those headshots on gibr you can't do much though. ggs
SoftWhisper makes me ashamed to be Dutch. Seagull is an amazing mei/phara. He also plays a variety of other heroes at a high level. I agree his genji has not been showing up, but that doesn't mean he is not a top level player.
As for your bieber references. You must be some 16 y/o who still thinks that hating on biebs is cool. He is good on a variety of instruments and has a pretty good voice as well. More talent than you, surely.
Blizzard is in fact a 10m radius. The passive healing/speed seems really good now. I think they should increase lucio's radius to 15 or 20m though. Maybe slightly nerf something else to compensate for the increased radius.
I think this nerf might be too big (comming from a non-ana player). Hopefully they will scale down the nerfes slightly.
Did I miss something? Who is Bishop?
C9 definitely making mistakes but also showing glimpses of brilliance
Replacing Clockwork and Milo would seem like decent choices. Mainly because I feel like Clockwork has been underperforming/inconsistent and Milo does not seem to cut it either given his roles. IDDQD would be an amazing pickup. No idea who would be good to replace Milo with.
Clockwork definitely weaker on Roadhog; He was apparently a tf2 god (aim wise) but I have not been extremely impressed by his performance on some of his own streams either. I really want him to do well but I think he needs to practice that hog.
If we are talking about the same stream, then I am fairly sure that he said that they are still having some trouble with communication, but that they are improving. They have hit rock bottom earlier, but they are definitely climbing back up.
According to Dummy, they have some kind of tank-counter strat that they weren't able to properly execute due to some mistakes.
