Can someone explain to me why people are being suspended for a whole season due to boosting?
I'm not sure about the situation in China, but i'm guessing that it's similar in NA and players boosted because it's nearly impossible to make a living off of contenders. I think it may be necessary to boost for these players in order to pursue Overwatch, so I don't think a full season is a necessary ban and maybe 1-2 weeks worth of matches similar to the Overwatch League is more bearable, especially for new talent. Obviously they'll learn from their mistakes and stop but it's a shame they're banned for the whole season imo.
