Honestly I'm fine with that. You can have your opinions and I have mine. I just hope I and the other positives end up being right, and I can come back here in a few years and have another discussion with you about how things turned out.
"Dammit, I lost again! Dva duties for me" -Mangachu
I get what you're saying my dude but the only reason I said it is because it's robokun and you should know that him and I are best buds if you've payed attention to our interactions
Lol dude relax I only said it because Robokun and i have a long, fascinating history.
You may have almost 3 stars but that doesn't make you a mod.
Oh Robokun good ol' Robokun. You're basing you're opinions on 18 months worth of overwatch events that have nowhere even touched the scale of what OWL is going to be. It's truly impossible to predict viewership yet becusse we haven't seen what Blizzard has in mind for marketing, and how they're going to advertise this brand new, international sports league. It may start off slow, but it will expand. Just give it time my dude.
That's why Blizzard is starting off with a smaller venue in one location. Then individual teams have the ability to expand.
I think it's good starting off in a smaller venue, and hopefully by season 2, OWL teams will have their own home "stadiums". (Obviously not full stadiums, but you know what I mean).
Ez for RNG
/s
Super is honesty a slight upgrade over Remix. However, I still think Envision takes this, 3-1.
Maybe this is their sly way of also announcing that maybe xQc will be involved with NRG in some way. Who knows.
Regardless tho, A+ meme
I'm not saying it's not true- it could very well end up being. I simply don't respect Babybay as a player, I feel his hero pool is very narrow and difficult to work with, and I don't see him as a good fit or a part of the NRG "super team." In my eyes, he's just not a tier 1 player, and nowhere near the caliber of Sinatraa.
Again tho, just my opinion.
Babybay signing to NRG? Where is that from?
I hope that's not the case.
I think Remix will be replaced, and maybe Pookz.
Yes, Mykl is the weak point, but I feel he's integral to the roster (one, because he's captain, and two, because he makes Kungarna that much more hateable)
It's great that the Australian scene has orgs coming in, rather than orgs dropping out; they're forming a great ecosystem down under.
I truly hope there is an Australian OWL spot, because at this point there is a multitude of talent to choose from.
Nah, that video came out before the arguments started.
No, I don't closely follow Stylosa's videos. Nope. Not at all.

Alright I'll stop. My argument stands though.
Seagull for life.
You're just foul in the way you talk lmao. I am a fanboy, and I have no regrets saying that. I am a seagull fanboy and I want the very best for him. He brought me into overwatch and I've always loved him.
The reason I say you have no right to say he's bad is because you're basing your information purely in your beliefs and opinions. The truth of the matter is, if you look at his past games, Seagull is a very talented player. If you watch his streams, he's a talented player. Unless you have concrete evidence that "Seagull is bad" then you're in no position to say so, mate.
Thinking seagull isn't good enough for OWL is simply a travesty in your own mind. You obviously (both you Robokun and Remiska, plus all other haters) either haven't been watching pro OW long enough, haven't watched enough of his streams, or haven't watched videos that have Miro and Taimou praising seagull for his immense skill.
Why did he get people into OW? It's because of his immense likability and how he understands the game on an incredibly deep level. He was one of the original best projectile players in the West, and despite being rusty, he's expanded his hero pool massively and it wouldn't take long for him to reach the top again. You can keep doubting Seagull all you want, he's going to be in OWL, and he's going to succeed.
If this bothers you so much, I'll reiterate what Involv3r said.... just fuck off and keep it to yourself. If you hate getting downfragged, then stop trash talking most people's favorite player that you truly have no right to say is a bad player.
I'm giving Kungarna the win here.
People say Seagull is trash simply because he's a big streamer, and in most people's minds, big streamer=not good.
He's been praised by a massive amount of pros, has an almost unparalleled understanding of the game, plus he's mechanically skilled on a massive amount of heroes. Not only he is an asset to any team for his pure skill, but also his marketability. (Looking at you, Bad Pachirami)
I once had a conversation with the owner of NG Red, and while he's not respected among the community, he did say one very interesting thing to me, which was that Seagull might be more valuable as a person than any other full team in overwatch. Blizzard needs him in OWL.
I AM SO ANGRY
FATE IS ANGRY
Sinatraa on NRG PogChamp
THINGS ARE LOOKING GOOD BOIS
I don't understand how immortals suddenly look like one of the worst teams in NA. What happened?
Involv3r I will save you from the downfrags BibleThump
I'm predicting a 3-1 for IMT. In past tournaments whenever IMT were in a slump, and it came to be make-or-break time, Immortals pulled it through and didn't disappoint. I hope for the same here, and I just see Rogue as too shaky to take them on. Immortals did look much better Friday, and took a stron Faze Clan to 5 games, so I tiphink they'll win it, and begin their possible road to playoffs.
LMAO ^
Mykl trash haHAA
the French giants have fallen
123 3-1 eUnited
BP 0-4 C9
Singularity 0-4 Misfits
Gigantti 1-3 GamersOrigin
123 3-1 EUnited.
Roster lockouts?
I think this will be the match that decides who takes 4th place in groups. (I just see rogue flunking more)
Not only does that make it intense, but these players and teams are long time rivals, making it a sort of grudge match. This will be insane.
GO IMMORTALS
I don't think they should make roster changes. They need to figure themselves out, every team gets in slumps at some points. I have hope for them.
I'm honestly disappointed. I still love these guys, but damn, was I expecting them to dominate alongside Envyus. I know that FaZe is easily the second strongest team besides Envyus, but immortals need to win their next 4 matches. Renegades and FNRGFE should be easier wins, hopefully Rogue are still mortal, and I think they could take on Kungarna. Please please though, use Hyped.
Holy SHIT stop using Envy!!! Bring Hyped! They're never gonna win like this, what is going on? Something has to be going wrong with the coaching staff or player chemistry or just something. They look miles away from their performances just a month or two ago.
You know what's worse? Killing the entire enemy team in overtime on point 3 of ilios as a Boostio, but then forgetting to get on the point, the enemy team wins, and you lose 20 SR while your team humiliates you by yelling "C9 C9 C9 haHAA". Only upside is that you get potg
IMT 3-2 FaZe
EV 3-1 RNG
FNRG 3-1 ROG
KUN 0-4 NV
IMT 3-1 ROG
RNG 0-4 FaZe
The whole point is that it's the first ever truly international league in any sport, physical or electronic. Dividing it into regions would take away the whole point of the OWL. It's going to be international, and by year 2, there will be home and away games, except global.
I see you with the pun, I see you Scrubasaurus
