although they won't always listen it feels like in the lower ranks they listen more than half of the time if you're not toxic.
that and you say that you already carry it should be very easy to climb ranks, I feel like "elo hell" is at master in season 3 because they are the same skill level as diamonds of last season but with a much higher ego because of the title of their rank so they don't listen or communicate enough, (not all of them but the people that insta lock dps)

another thing that can help you is playing with someone, having another friend that can play healer/tank or carry on dps can really help the team structure.
