will be interesting to see the communities reaction to keeping your rank (altered downwards a tad) from season 2 to season 3. I always thought that the fresh start was a nice opportunity for players to move upwards but I guess re-doing placement matches dissuades some from playing a new season. Hopefully it'll be easier for skillful players to climb upwards in solo queue with the changes in season 3.
