Sinatraa was supposed to sign with NRG but couldn't because it's the same parent company behind the Shock and Blizzard didn't allow that, from what I heard.

If they want to optimize their roster, then the next step would be retiring or turning coolmatt and spree into analysts or coaches.

Next would be hiring really good free agents like Harbleu.

Rawkus still wants to compete in OWL, but I think Rapel will have the starter position for most of the 2020 season.

Fran AND Aspen? Interesting.

Making room for Surefour and other Canadian players perhaps?

Can't catch a break.

Maybe they got cursed for that thing they did to Harbleu.

The hell?
Why would you remove your head coach on the last stage of the year? At least let the guy finish his yearly contract.

Isn't it unfair for Pacific West? Too stacked.

Might need to fix the part that says 'he became the new roster'.

That's a shock.
Also first response was harsh.

Likely, unless Arhan grinds out Pharah and Junkrat. The Outlaws DPS line really needs reworking, and despite Jake being a great in-game leader and communicator, he really can't play anything but Junkrat at a really high level (yet?).

Linkzr really needs someone that can take a lot of the burden away from him. He's been the carry on any team he's been on, and it's quite the stressful environment to be on if the whole team's success relies on you hitting your shots or killing the whole enemy team with Dragonblades. Every other top team has a DPS duo where either player can hard carry. The Outlaws need to have something like that too.

Now if only Stockholm and Helsinki got their own spots as well. Sweden and Finland have given us so much talent Overwatch-wise, and it would be a boon for the European scene. They are right next to each other though, so maybe Denmark or Russia as well could be alternatives.

Dammit Mendo. I was hoping he'd turn full hokage and bankai himself up to become the next pirate king. If only he'd believed in the him that believes in his team, who believed in him.

Only Ryujehong and tobi left from the original team, and Ryujehong's lost much of his edge as a flex support already. Sad times.

Sucks for iddqd but if he can show some highlight reel plays in the world cup, I'm sure he'll get some good offers for OWL.

That's a relief. Looks like it happened after the English broadcast was over, which explains why I never saw it.

Been a fan since season 2 of APEX, and it was an amazing experience finally seeing them raise the trophy. Sad Runner couldn't be there to accidentally punch panels and give team members concussions with his manly hype hugs, but oh well.

Miro lost his edge on Winston, and couldn't really perform on other main tanks to a level required in OWL. Kuki couldn't offset the problem either, so Seoul experimented and put Ryujehong as main tank, to everyone's surprise. Needless to say, Ryujehong wasn't the answer they were looking for.

How to get back to your winning ways: don't bench and release carry players like Kragie

Well, there goes Japan's chances at qualifying. BibleThump

ZP and JAKE?! Interesting.

Also, go CAG. Dep is as good, if not better than last year's aktm, and this year's team Japan have even better coordination because they're all in the same pro team.

Gonna be pretty tough against Russia (finalist), Korea (2 time winner) and Finland (top 4) though. Really sucks that CAG has to go up against them so soon.

Is it just me or does he constantly leave orgs after a short period of time? Reminds me of Vitor Belfort (MMA fighter).

Without a doubt the closest match in the history of Overwatch, and maybe even in the entirety of e-sports.

Was a pleasure to watch Runaway finally get that trophy. Hopefully many more to come.

Another close call. I'm really getting some Boston and Philly vibes from CAG.

Shadder2k to Dynasty2. Imagine all that awkward silence.

Nice seeing the sole Japanese team make it all the way to the semis. Hope they've still got steam to make it through to the finals, or maybe even win the whole thing though.

Scheduling matches so that the visiting teams get more priority for matches, and having them stay in a guest facility within the home team's area would probably solve that, but it'll be tough for the visiting teams eitherway due to the amount of preparation they need to do for multiple matches in the same week.

Yeah I have no idea how they're going to handle this logistics-wise.

Because he's a bro.

Jokes aside, he's got a lot of experience and likely calling and leadership abilities to make up for the gap in his hero pool and mechanical skills.

Looks like a group stage 2nd place finish or them getting rekt.

Quite a few members are on the decline, and iddqd probably can't carry Tviq.

Also, Luddee got in, but his big brother couldn't, even in a flex role. Very sad.

This is ridiculous. As an Asian I don't even find the gesture offensive, and depending on the person's face and expression, I could even find it funny. The gesture would only be offensive to non-asians thinking that it's offensive to us (like white-knighting people, PC people and people that like shoving their own opinion down other people's throats).

Next thing you know they start suspending players for farting on-stream (lul Dafran).

Ironic how the Overwatch League is responsible for taking away not just tournaments and teams, but potential investors as well. If the league ends up being a bust, we can all blame Blizzard at least.

Anyway, Mendo put in some work, and he's really intelligent when it comes to analyzing what he or his team did wrong, what to improve and is also good at spotting weaknesses on the enemy team. The downside was him being shy, which it seemed like he was working on.

The only possible reason he's getting replaced is that his Tracer or Genji aren't good enough for the current meta, which is pretty true. If the meta goes back to having McCree though...

If I were a team owner I wouldn't care about any of this stuff, and I don't think jack does either. Azk is on liquid despite throwing a game in csgo and I find that much worse than any of this. Same with leetaejun and dean I don't think western teams would be opposed to picking them up, the only tournament they wouldn't be able to play in would be OGN right? Although I'm pretty sure dean and leetaejun and retired.

Lee Taejun and Dean were proven innocent if I recall. And even if it turned out they were guilty, Western teams don't really give a crap about their athletes being in relationships with one of their fans anyway. They should definitely get picked up by a western team.

That's because Esca is the weak link of the team. Miro has proven himself to be a high-level tank (though it's mostly with Winston), which is why he gets ragged on a lot less.
