Weird roaster decisions during the playoffs

Does anyone know why there have been so many odd roaster decisions going into the playoffs? NYXL playing double hitscan and not playing nenne, the eternal, defiant, and spark doing the same thing, Atlanta actually playing erster and sharp. I don’t know these playoffs have been extremely entertaining while also a little unsettling

We also have no information to know why those decisions are being made, on top of probably not being able to understand and them even if we did know. So no, I wouldn't say it's unsettling since I'm not qualified to comment. But I am intertained even if I'm sometimes frustrated by the results.
