LeRenegat recently coached for Malibu in North America. The Uprising Academy also marks the third academy team he’s coached, with the previous two being the British Hurricane and the Paris Eternal.

He takes the place of former head coach Spilo, who parted ways with the team last month.

The Uprising Academy are currently competing in Trials for the August tournament of Contenders 2020 Season 2: North America. Their next match is against Scion Esports.
