Black Dragons have been hit or miss after starting on a huge upset. Dogma has just not looked good at all. 4-0 for the Dragons.

Black Dragons has pretty much a new roster since almost everyone went to paiN, so it would be very unlikely for them to win, even against Dogma that hasn't been that good recently. Hope they improve overtime though.
