With no big name team ( except for oompaloompas who already had some interesting placements) the new wawes of T2 teams is making himself a name before the season 3 of the OW OPen Division.

oompaloompas reach a great results beating eSuba 3-0. FC Lahti Menace seems ready for the new season of the Open Division after compete in some finnish tournaments.

Top teams who will fight for the top prize:
- Gatekeepers: even if they didnt reach the qualification for the playoffs on season 2 they didnt shows a bad performance and now they are ready for the revenge. (nesty)
- Samsung Morning Stars: after a great season 2 performance they want to shows they are worthy of the first 4 places. They also made some swap in the coach line to be better ready for this tournament. (Najini, LUFT)
- eSuba: another team who came from the last season playoffs: i have to say more? (ottr, Derencko)
- Angry Titans: they dont reach what peoples expect from them. This time they will be on the top: they have talent and they will prove us that. (LullsisH, EISSFELDET, AFoxx, Jona)
- Golden Sausage: they have only one objective: the victory. The actual favourites of the cup will shows their form to the T1 teams waiting for the next contenders. (Nuja,wat7,ScalerG,Moursi)

- Augmented A: mix team of european who shows sign of improvements, they can contend a playoffs spot if they continue with their growth.
- Last Rites: playoffs are not that far. The money backup is important for them and will sure help them in their growth.
- Dolphin Bandits: playoffs are far but a competition like this can improved them a lot.
- Never on time : will be this the time they exit from the mid tier hell of T2?
- FC Lahti Menace: backed from a footbal club are ready to shown their finnish strenght
- NULL SECTOR : after a decent performance on the season 2 EU EAST open division they will try to grind EU WEST rankings.
