Saya + Recry looks like a good duo. Also looks like they won't be running the Genji in favor of Soldier/Tracer. Wonder who will be able to snatch up IKD/Lucid, another solid support duo.
Surprised that they wouldn't go with a projectile player such as Architect instead. Don't feel like Recry adds much to the roster except his tracer is a bit better than Saya's.
I feel like I'm missing something. I've seen some insane mccree plays from Saya, but nothing extraordinary from Recry. Can you think of a game or two so I could go check out the vod?
Pretty much any game they've played. Saya is a Tracer first and foremost. Recry's Soldier/McCree are both league above, while his Tracer is honestly nowhere near Saya's.
APEX season 2 should have a healthy selection of matches for you to watch.
Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. Recry has the better Soldier/McCree and Saya has the better Tracer imo. Heck even Arhan's Tracer was arguably more impactful than Recry's, and that's kind of saying something.
I'm not sure you're thinking about the correct people? Are you thinking of Libero? Because Recry's Soldier and McCree are far and above superior to Saya. Near AKM levels of good.
And as I mentioned Saya's main role is that of the Tracer player, and he's very good at it. Much more so than Recry.
