X6-Gaming became the successful underdogs of APEX last season, climbing from Challengers to the top eight of APEX Season 3 in their first season. With experience under their belt and their first match for Season 4 looming large, they've picked up bqb (who debuted as BUMGOD in the Bigfile Battleroyal) as their second flex player.

The team entered the ring last spring via APEX Challengers Season 3. Their 1st place finish landed them into Super Week where they subsequently qualified for APEX Season 3.
In the group stage of APEX Season 3, they scored a 2-1 record with wins against RunAway and Kongdoo Uncia, both whom were weakened after their own shuffles, and a loss from the ferocious Afreeca Freecs Blue - enough to advance from their group. The playoffs was when X6 got everyone’s attention, upsetting the EFFECT-infused EnVyUs in the first round of their quarterfinal playoff group. Past that however, they couldn't muster enough strength to go further, with the steamroller of Afreeca Freecs Blue and the vengeance of EnVyUs blocking them from the top four.
Coming from the ranked ladder, bqb will play in his first APEX match against Meta Bellum this Monday. He and X6 also need to surpass LuxuryWatch Blue and CONBOX in the APEX Season 4 group stage to increase their odds of getting to the playoffs.
The X6-Gaming roster for APEX Season 4 is:
- Kim "TimeBoy" Won-tae *(DPS)
- Choi "ChoiHyoBin" Hyo-bin (Tank)
- Jeong "NoSmite" Da-un (Tank)
- Kim "GodsB" Kyeon-bo (Flex)
- Lee "bqb" Sang-bum (Flex)
- Yoon "BeBe" Hui-chang (Support)
- Min "GILY" Joon-ho (Support)
