The organization also revealed its logo, colors, and three coaching hires.

The Defiant are the second expansion franchise to reveal their branding, the first being Atlanta Reign, who announced their branding yesterday. The Defiant's red and black color scheme is similar to the colors of the city's NBA team, the Toronto Raptors.
The team announced its branding reveal with an event in downtown Toronto. A live audience watched the reveal, as well as an online audience watching the reveal on a the team's Twitch stream.

In addition to announcing the team's branding, the Defiant also announced three additional coaches. According to the franchise's press release, Bubbly is their assistant coach, Don is their strategic coach and Barroi is the team's analyst.
Bubbly previously worked with the Seoul Dynasty, but was released by the franchise following the end of the season. Don previously coached for Immortals before leaving the team shortly before it began the inaugural Overwatch season as the Los Angeles Valiant. Barroi joins after previously leading Overwatch stats site Winston's Lab.
The three joined head coach Bishop and general manager Jae. The organization has yet to officially announce any players to its roster.
