Sephy will become the head coach of the Atlanta Overwatch League franchise, according to sources. This will be the second Overwatch League team he has been the head coach of, the first being the San Francisco Shock.
Sephy started the season with the San Francisco Shock after previously being the coach and co-owner of Selfless Gaming. He remained with the Shock until the end of Stage 3, when he was released shortly before the team signed Crusty.
Following his time with the Shock, Sephy joined Last Night's Leftovers as the team's head coach. Under his leadership, the team finished first in Contenders Trials and finished in the top eight of Contenders Season 2 North America. Their top eight finish sent GG Esports Academy, the academy team of the Houston Outlaws, to Contenders Trials.
It is unknown who else will join Sephy as staff members of the Atlanta franchise. The team still has a week to finalize staff as the player signing window for expansion franchises begins September 9.
