World Cup skins

Does anyone here know if the World Cup are doing individual skins like the OWL for all the countries?

I reaaaallyy hope so

Probably only the top 8 (or 4?) teams like last year, and the teams that got skins last year probably wont get new ones, that's my guess at least.

If they're only planning on using skins for the top 8 countries at Blizzcon, I wonder what the broadcast will look like at the group stages.

Hopefully, and this is a very unlikely hope, Blizzard made skins for all 24 countries. That'd be insane.
