I am in an awful mood :/

I am trying to play ranked and the internet keeps getting shut down in my entire apartment building. Some times it even goes down for 3 days. Every time it happens I hear the guy who never leaves his apartment laughing and yelling weird shit like "NOOBS" and "NICE TRY ADMIN" I think it's probably him. Anyways good luck with your issue!
