Tears [#1]Is it just me or does the interviewer kinda sound like Mr. 8 Inches himself?
Can't unhear
Mewpers [#2]Love how HuK is very frank and real. I feel for Gamsu having to make calls in both English and Korean. The mental tax of language switching is not insignificant.
Agreed. Despite any language/cultural barriers, when they join BU's team voice channel, they do an excellent job communicating with each other. Definitely the biggest surprise team for me this season without a doubt. I seriously slept on these guys.
For what it's worth, I've worked as a manager in event management where I constantly had to switch between 3 languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) because of language barriers, and switching between languages wasn't particularly taxing. The only issue I had was occasionally speaking on the wrong language to a specific person, but I would imagine with a small team of 6 with clearly defined roles that wouldn't be as big an issue.
