Kaiser , leaving RunAway ?

According to this tweet it seems like Kaiser is leaving RunAway :'(

He almost did not play at all since returning to RunAway , i hope he finds playing time on a Contenders team or better an OWL mid season team.
I also hope he improve on Winston , and becoming an Orisa god :)

I want Kaiser in OWL. Enough said.
