LiNkzr playing off-tank? or Zappis? Either that or they could run a sick 3 dps dive

I think LiNkzr is the one likely to flex, but they do have that pocket triple DPS id they need it. Should be a relatively flexible team.

Zappis is playing D.Va for RiP as far as I know, so I imagine it'll be similar here. Only difference to RiP is that Davin plays Tracer while Taimou normally plays S76. Pretty big difference though! Maybe they go triple dps the whole time with zappis on tracer or run more rein comps.

Would make sense, I've been impressed by LiNkzr's tracer before, and rein is always possible with fragi in the team, should be fun to watch.

A clinic in domination, Finland showed a lot of promise albeit against a weaker opponent. Looking forward to the match vs Spain to see if there's a gap there as well but they are clearly the heavy favourites. I'd go so far as saying that they have the definite edge if they end up having to face Sweden.

With Japan's win 2nd place is up for grabs. Finland looks like they can secure their top seed win just a win over the flashy Japanese squad.

  • Note that they may also be the ones to put the nail in Spain's coffin depending on their match's result.

Vietnam fighting!

There was little coordination going on, no set play, focus fire was bad, yet the team were playing super passively and hoped for some miracle to happen. They tried to poke the choke with a dive comp against Reinhardt, of all things. If they want to put up a fight, they need to change their playstyle all the way, be aggressive. It's kind of sad to see the SEA scene falling sooooo far behind compared to the rest of the world. Thailand is our only hope now.

Complete domination. Either very poor performance from Vietnam, or RiP w/ Timo really brought their A game.

They have no experience of playing on a high level of pro scene, so this is understandable. The largest event they have participated in is Overwatch SEA Tournament 2017 which features semi-pro Singaporean and Vietnamese teams with one Thai team that is not Mega Thunder. The Mega Thunder roster (that made up Thailand's national team) competed in OPC against Flash Wolves, ahq, Blank and they did pretty well, Mickie competed against tier 1 Korean teams, so the Thai team have a lot of experience, while the Vietnamese team have never played against a good team before. Team like Argentina probably had better scrim partners. The only good thing that comes out of SEA scene is Mega Thunder, and that team is way above our league that they don't even care to take part in any SEA tournament.
