With the close beta on its last legs it seems like sponsors are snapping up good teams like they are going out of fashion. Another day, another team acquisition, and today it falls to Creation eSports to make the headlines having just announced that the former #FlatEarth roster will now be joining their ranks.

Only yesterday the scene was awash with news of former G2 Esports players KnOxXx and numlocked joining forces with #FlatEarth. That new lineup then went on to rampage through the $1200 finals of the GameOn Overwatch Arena, dispatching REUNITED.gg and IDDQD in convincing fashion.

Creation eSports' Founder and Owner, GreatOldOne, had this to say in their press release:

"We're very happy to welcome the #FlatEarth squad to our family here at Creation eSports. It's been a long few months and after a lot of negotiations with several teams, we feel that this is the best moving forward. I've had enormous amounts of respect for all the FE players for a while now, and it's always fun seeing them play in tournaments. They are all extremely talented, have great personalities, and are super professional and hard working.

I expect great things from them in the future and am looking forward to seeing them thrive and become one of the best teams in the world (although they already are imho ^^)"
