this game will be hype
maxt3r [#9]People should really stop calling NRG "Seagull's team". Enigma, Gods and Dummy are really stepping up on KoTH.
Well, he is the biggest overwatch streamer and most people don't follow the competitive scene and just know who seagull is, also he is considered the star player of the team.
Blue [#16]Gods really needs to learn tracer or zarya, they need Seagull on dps not zarya
Yea, it really feels like they are doing these team comps so gods can play things he isn't mediocre at
Honestly, I don't see any issues with NRG. They have never been stronger. Apart from a couple of dumb mistakes that may have cost them games, they were really good. They put up a way better fight than Rouge.
But Lunatic are looking like the best team in the world right now. I think they could've easily taken on Envy.

Agree, instead of just looking what NRG did wrong or could do different you gotta give Lunatic credit. They played great so far and as youre saying the game against envy will be interesting (http://www.over.gg/1923/apex-s1-group-c-lunatic-hai-vs-envyus)

I don't agree with that, sure nrg seemed better than usual but to me it felt more like both teams made a lot of mistakes and if it was a team like envy or rogue they would have gotten punished a lot more, we'll see in the finals tho.

You've seen Rouge vs. Lunatic, right?
maxt3r [#21]You've seen Rouge vs. Lunatic, right?
yea, but imo that was a one-off, I think rogue had more time to go over what happened and get prepared since that was their first time playing against lunatic-hai.

Gods has a deep hero pool and did a great job this series. By having a flexible core they are playing to their strengths, which is an advantage not a weakness.
Great games, this was good Overwatch.

one option is replace Milo with a rein who can also play zarya...lets be honest milo has major failfish moments
Teams get better all the time, but per tournament results, NRG is a top 8 or 9 team between NA and europe. There are at LEAST 7 teams better than them between the two regions, and their performance today largely bears that out IMO. The Rogue vs Lunatic games, we'll see what they are worth once they meet again quite soon with time to prepare against each other for both teams. And i like NRG, they are my sentimental favorite.
EDIT: Oh and i completely disagree with gods needing to be taken off dps. He's a top tier dps and somone who i can see on a #1 team. Seagull should still be able to play situational heroes like mei/pharah/junkrat, but he should not have to play zarya. Frankly he should probably learn tracer and put enigma on zarya so that when you don't have an "off" hero he's always on dps.
