Clowd was previously a member of Ex Oblivione, a team that competed in Contenders Trials in Week 1 and in Week 2. His victory with NYYRIKKI Esports this week means he will get to play in his first Contenders match next week.

He has joined NYYRIKKI to replace Vizility, who retired from competing in Overwatch last week.

Chubz, on the other hand, has competed in Contenders since the first season of 2018. Chubz was not on a roster during the first few weeks of 2020 competition and thus is making his return to the Contenders scene.

numlocked had played for NYYRIKKI since the start of 2020. His next move has yet to be revealed although he did specify he is not retiring.

NYYRIKKI play their next match of Contenders Trials later this week.
