Dream was the head coach of the Montreal Rebellion during Contenders 2019 Season 1. Prior to that, he was an analyst with the British Hurricane.

He joins a coaching staff led by new head coach Harsha. Their staff also has two assistant coaches from the 2019 season: MESR and clockwork.

The Outlaws have made a number of changes thus far in the offseason after finishing the 2019 season with a 9-19 record. The Outlaws hired Harsha after they split with head coach TaiRong and have since parted with DPS ArHaN and added DPS players Hydration and blasé.

This will be Dream's first entry into the Overwatch League.
