Fissure is one of the most talented main tanks in the league and got Seoul in the playoffs the last stage.
I recall there were mentions of Marve1 being more heal-efficient than Fissure, whose resource intensive playstyle was easily exploited by other teams. I don't imagine it had anything to do with Fissure being bad or having attitude problems but more of a needed playstyle change from the MT position to succeed in game.

The PR answer was that he wasn't being benched due to attitude but because Marve1 was just a better tank for this meta. Take it with a grain of salt, but, I do think they've looked better as a team, in this meta, with this current lineup.
What they plan to do with them in the future remains to be seen.
