Well there was not big buffs / nerfs anyways. Ana will remain in meta +20% to ult is so small nerf (assuming she got buff too to grenade) , max Widowmaker will be seen from Korean gods and Taimou imo (And Gods)

Skins are just skins, they wont give anykind of power or easier gameplay for you. Skins are for whole game tbh, though some tournament organizers can decide turn them off from custom game settings (APEX Premier)

So yeah, OW wont become hatfortress , You wont get anykind of dmg boosts or they wont improve your aiming :P just looks nicer and are actually same with CS:GO skins, (They look nice, no affect to gameplay)
