b1am's boys and siccari, an upcoming team with history at the top of other FPS games, have recently been signed by SelflessGG. The organisation has teams in CS:GO, Rocket League, and SSB, but recently made the move into Overwatch to pick up a team with "big plans and big goals".
The new Selfless team participated recently in the GosuGamers Weekly NA #12, reaching the top eight with a victory over 1SHOT before getting knocked out by REUNITED.

The players on Selfless have extensive histories within other FPS esports; emongg and juv3nile were both top CoD4 players who made the switch over to CS:GO as team hold mouse1 and reached ESEA Invite, alongside team-mate Michael3D who had also achieved success in a variety of smaller esports. rob-wiz was formerly a member of the multi-talented team, the Doctors, who achieved success in a vast amount of competitive games from Painkiller to CoD 1, 2, and 4. These four core players join b1am and sicarri, keen upcomers with hours of play in the beta and a desire to succeed in Overwatch. The core of the team has years of cohesion behind them and know what it takes to win.
Team member emongg gave us his perspective on the team and the move to Selfless:
The switch to Overwatch was something that we weren't initially sure we were going to do. It wasn't that we weren't excited about the game, it was just that almost everyone of the original core was either doing something else in gaming or was extremely busy. When the game released the core of us started playing (not even together) and things kind of just fell into place after that.
In the end I hope that we can continue to grow and get better both individually and as a team. The biggest problem we have right now is that 3/6 of us didn't play the beta for more then I would say 10 hours and it's going to take us quite a while to catch up. We are not naive nor do we expect to get there by just skating through and going through the motions. We need to spend hours playing catch up and figuring out the bare-bone basics before we can even start to become what we want. What may seem like a simple mindset to some of the competitive aspects of Overwatch is still something we are trying to grasp and we hope that we can eventually make second nature rather then guessing. So far it's been an exciting ride and I hope that we can continue to improve and represent Selfless the way we would like to.
