I've asked unkoe on discord few weeks ago and he had no idea if they will get a OWL spot or not. Maybe the investors prefer to wait and see how they would do on the Contenders . (dk i'm just speculating )

I think it has to do with the investors not being sure an all french roster would represent an NA city and get fans and stuff, they might be apprehensive of their marketing value. If there was a slot in France, I believe it would've been done already.
But same here, this is just speculating at this point.

If NY is any indication a non NA roster may not be an issue but performance will most certainly be.

Really looking forward to seeing how GO deal with the top teams of the tournament after duking on the, arguably, weaker ones in the first two weeks.
