This is totally theoretical but I wonder which SK squad would have been stronger, the current one or one with Miro/Birdring/Rascal instead?
I think this squad will do well but I feel like it's an interesting comparison.

I could see the birdring/Rascal switch but I like Mano as main tank because he has a much better rein than Miro does. Though we haven't seen Miro's rein in a long time, so who knows.

Can't believe
I think you could argue a case for Birdring/Rascal vs Flower/SBB but I'm not sure about the rest of the squad. Funny thing is this is bound to happen when you have so much individual and team talent in the region.
I'm hoping team Canada can avoid them, or play the match of their lives if they need to that early.
Yeah, I think the biggest controversy on SK national team selection was
Birdring/Rascal vs. SBB/Flow3r
I think Miro vs. Mano can be justified with Mano's flexible hero pool. Although I personally think Miro could've been a better choice, not because of his own skill, but because he can synchronize the team play much better with Zunba/Ryujehong/Tobi.
For the DPS duo, my biggest concern was SBB because his tracer simply seemed to be outclassed by Effect, Birdring, and Bunny. But seeing how well SBB has played in the past two show-matches, I think I should acknowledge that I was wrong. Flow3r's performance is a bit concerning though. I know he has not played as well as he did prior to his injury even in APEX, but it seems like he is playing even worse than he did in APEX season 3.
If SBB can continue playing at the level he showed in past two matches, and Flow3r can come back to his form he had back in Nanohana days, I think SBB/Flow3r choice can prove to be an excellent one, but if they don't I will certainly miss Birdring and Rascal. Although I still think SK will most likely take the cup, this time probably wouldn't be as easy as last year.
I agree. I'm still worried about Flower and his finger injury since it seems to keep him below 100%. Now, it's hard to tell if that's going to be enough to cause they to bow out earlier than most would expect but for the sake of competition I do hope he finds a way to get some, if not all, of his mojo back.
