They did for Season 3 Challengers but not Season 4. I thin the current APEX 3 english casters were the ones that actually casted for Season 3 Challengers.
I assume they didn't want to have them casting 5 days/week since challengers were on Mon/Weds/Thur.

Very true, I forget that there's another vent after this to actually qualify for APEX.
