Some time ago, I recall Taimou saying ROX Orcas was one of the top two teams in Korea, alongside LH. I think the source was on the twitch chat of flame's VOD review of an APEX match.

Are Luxury Watch Red the main team in these qualifiers, or is there another Meta Athena coming up?

I've heard Rox Orcas are good and have a good shot of making the next season of APEX. Idk about the other teams

X6-Gaming and RG Wing are the best teams playing Challenger Series right now (Liquipedia Challenger Series S3). I hope see them in APEX S4

Edit: RG titans have also been formidable team but unfortunately they are going to disband after this challenger season.

X6 is the next big team out of Challenger imo. Rox is overhyped, and won't make it to promotion even. I've heard that Taimou said Rox Orcas were amazing, but their results really don't show it

Rox won't make promotion and barely is making challengers s4. I think it's more of a testament to the high level of the challenger teams than anything though. X-6 beat Lunatic 2-1 online and LW Red beat Meta Athena 2-0.
