Do you guys think that using a keyboard and mouse on console is an unfair advantage or does a controller do the job just fine?

this has been going on since ps3 was released. Good players can outaim with normal controller since using mouse + keyboard on console is not smooth

Im pretty sure that almost all high level console players use these adapters.
