Arachne was brought onto the team during the 2019 offseason from Talon Esports, who won multiple titles in Contenders Pacific. He helped the Shock win the 2020 Overwatch League championship last weekend.

His departure leaves head coach Crusty and analyst Casores as the only coaches left on the team. Yesterday, assistant coach junkbuck moved to the Houston Outlaws as co-head coach.
