CommanderX was previously the head coach for NYYRIKKI Frost earlier this year. He was also an analyst for the Sydney Drop Bears in 2018, where they took the Contenders Season 1 & 2 Australia titles that year.

More recently, he was a member of the coaching staff for the United Kingdom's 2019 World Cup team. The United Kingdom swept their opponents in the preliminary round of the World Cup but lost all four of their matches in the group stage.

Earlier this month, the Hurricane parted ways with analyst LeRenegat. He joins Elbion on the team's coaching staff.

They currently have six players on their roster and lack a flex support.
