He was subject to team option, according to the Overwatch League.

Ripa joined the Gladiators in November last year; he only played a single match in the 2019 season in Stage 2.

The Gladiators finished in the top six this season; they placed fifth in the regular season with a 17-11 record to qualify for the playoffs, and were eliminated after a loss to eventual champions San Francisco Shock.

This is the latest change to the Gladiators’ roster today; rOar was signed onto the Washington Justice, and Hydration joined the Houston Outlaws.

The Gladiators currently have no players under contract. All of their players are either subject to team options or free agents.
